Mazadi is a registered Syrian software development agency building world-class digital solutions — while creating meaningful employment opportunities for Syrian youth, women, and underserved communities.
Founded in Syria in 2021, Mazadi is more than a software company — we are a mission-driven organization that harnesses technology to address real-world challenges. We deliver end-to-end digital solutions for clients across the Middle East, Europe, Australia, and beyond, while anchoring economic opportunity back home.
Our work directly contributes to the UN Sustainable Development Goals. We believe that building software responsibly means building it in a way that lifts communities, promotes equality, and drives lasting human progress.
In collaboration with Japanese partners, we created a fully remote AI data annotation program designed for mothers and women who cannot work outside the home — connecting Syrian talent to the global AI economy.
We partnered with Japanese companies Bonzuttner and BaoBab to recruit Syrian women — particularly mothers and those unable to work outside their homes — to perform AI data annotation tasks. This initiative directly addresses gender barriers in employment while integrating Syrian expertise into the global AI supply chain.
This model demonstrates how digital employment can transcend geographic, social, and cultural barriers to create equitable opportunities — a replicable template for future humanitarian-tech partnerships.
We are actively seeking partnerships and project opportunities in sectors that align with humanitarian, development, and social innovation goals. If your work touches any of the areas below, we would love to explore collaboration.
Whether you're a development organization, an international NGO, a private company, or a mission-aligned partner — we're ready to discuss how technology can serve your goals while creating dignified impact in Syria.
